Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Please contact me before returning an item and send returns via recorded delivery for peace of mind.

Made-to-Order Items

Each personalised hat is crafted to order with time and care, so refunds cannot be offered on these pieces. If there is any issue with your order, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve it.

If your item arrives damaged or something seems incorrect, please contact me and I will arrange a replacement or repair where appropriate.
